The flaps as you know sometimes are loose because the spring that is to holds the flap down on the male plug is weak or broke. I have a new product that I find very helpful. It fit's on the tractor 's part of the pigtail (male) and it holds the flap very secure. This product will fit any pigtail connection and will last a very long while. I see from your website that you make ties? Well this isn't a tie but would be made from the same nylon. Id like to submit my product to you in maybe it would be something you'd like to manufacture and sell! My clamp is something that is unlike anything else I've seen, well I haven't anything you can buy at a truckstop to solve a problem such as this. Except for maybe tape or a paperclip! As you know safety is always a concern when driving big rig. With the state patrols looking for any reason to ticket a driver for now days it would be well worth a few dollars to buy and only the cost of a single nylon tie to produce. If you would like to see my solution for a problem drives have thousands of times a day, I look forward to hearing from you. Id like to work out some kind of agreement so we both benefit. And when or if I can get this product produced and on the market you have my word paperclips and tape will nolonger have a place on trailer connection.
