donation request Inquiry (采购产品): donation request May 1, 2007 Dear Store Manager, Good Shepherd Parish and School of Perryville, MD would like your support for our Strawberry Festival Fundraiser. We will be raising money at this event to support our school, parish and community outreach programs. It is our hope that you could donate any of the following: · Raffle Prizes / Bingo Prizes / Door Prizes · Food Items · Support items (wristbands, tickets, equipment rentals, etc.) On Saturday, June 16, 2007, we will host our annual Strawberry Festival at Good Shepherd Catholic School in Perryville, MD from 12 noon until 9 pm. We are expecting several hundred attendees from Cecil, Harford, Kent and Baltimore Counties and Delaware. We hope to raise more than $15,000 to continue our ministries. Good Shepherd is a non-profit organization (Federal Tax ID #52-0643870 and Maryland Tax ID #29020279 Expiration 9/30/07). Our elementary and middle school students come from Cecil, Harford, and Kent Counties in Maryland, from New Castle County in Delaware, and from Chester County in Pennsylvania. Good Shepherd accepts students of all faiths into Kindergarten and grades 1 through 8 and is fully accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. All donations are tax-deductible. Please include the dollar value of your donation so that we can provide you a receipt for your tax records. Your store name will be listed in our festival program. In addition, we would be happy to distribute your company’s brochures or advertisements to the attendees. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Donations can be sent to the above address.
