Inquiry (采购产品): Refurbishing of Old Ion Pumps Kind Attention : I am using Varion make Triode pumps with Leica make EBMF 10.5 system with 20 l/s and 45 l/s capacity. Off late these pumps have become obselete and I am finding it difficult to procure. In Varian pump manuals, it is mentioned that these pumps can be refurbished (redeposition of getter material) and Varian provides this service.
