Inquiry (采购产品): 17-4PH Cond. H1100 S.S. Forging We are looking for a quote or opinion on a 3" long 1.50" diameter hollow container with a 0.50" wall thickness (and base thickness). It has a raised pad on the outer surface of the closed end thar is 0.175 thick and .745" diameter. Also , a "key" type raised lug 0.185 wide with an outside radius of 0.938 and a length of 0.570 at the closed end. We have an Autocad .dwg file if it would help. Our initial quantity will be 100, with production lot sizes of 2,000 at a time. Is this a reasonable for a finished or semi-finished forging, or is it cheaper to machine it from a solid?
