brass bands 70/30 Inquiry (采购产品): brass bands 70/30 Dear Sire We are intersted to import to our market : 20tons.brass bands70/30 thickness(mm)0,68+-0,015 width(mm)12+-0,1 length(mt.)216-288coil weight(kg.)15-20 2tons. brass bands 70/30 thickness(mm)0,48+-0,01 width(mm)11+-0,1 length(mt.)75min. coil weidth(kg.)20-25max. with interior diameter aprox. 300mm. the physical and mechanical properties: 1- tensile strength:30-35kg./mm2 (acc.to the drawing which follows) 2- elongation+- 52% 3- the following formula must be approved: (18xtensile strength)+(4xelongation)+-770 4- grain size:0.015-0,035mm chemical composition: copper :70%+-1,0% zinc :30%+-1,0% impurities: 0,45% with maximum limit for each impurity of 0,22% except for:Pb< 0,05% Fe < 0,05% P < 0,02% Bi < 0,002% surface state: the coils must be free from the following defects: a - brass stains or oxidation,twisting in the metal, extraneous materials chips,fine cracks,stings and free ash drops. b - in general the coils must be clean and free from oils and grease. c - the coils should never have any cutoff burrs on it's ends and edges d - it should be in principle upright with allow ness of 3mm/m curviness and should have even surface without any across convexity.
