Extruder cost estimate Inquiry (采购产品): Extruder cost estimate Hello, We are working on a cost estimate for scaling up our extrusion processes. Can you send a budgetary price for the following single screw extruders. At this point I just need budgetary estimates on the extruder without any auxiliary equipment. ? 3.5 inch 28:1 L/D electric heating, water cooling, no die, 150 hp dc drive, non vented single stage screw, wear or corrosion resistant materials not required. ? 4.5 inch 28:1 L/D electric heating, water cooling, no die, 250 hp dc drive, non vented single stage screw, wear or corrosion resistant materials not required. ? 6 inch 28:1 L/D electric heating, water cooling, no die, 400 hp dc drive non vented single stage screw, wear or corrosion resistant materials not required.
