Inquiry (采购产品): Price quote request I found your company on ThomasNet and would like to get a price quote. Our current manufacturer is retiring and we are looking for another place to have our trays made. We are a locally family owned business. Our office is on the west hill of Auburn and we sell a bar serving tray with a handle strap. We own our mold and have a patent for it. Below are the specifications that are needed. You can see a copy of our tray at www.dabizz.com The opaque trays are made of an ABS and the neon trays are a clear acrylic with color added. I will specifics later on. For item #9, could you include in your quote both ways for attaching the handle strap and for not attaching the handle. The mold for the tray is 24" x 24" x 15" and weighs about 3900 lbs. It is currently on a 400 ton machine. Things that we are looking for: 1. At least a 400-ton machine. 2. 296 grams ( weight of trays) 3. Core pull sequence system on machine 4. Ejects on the 'A" side. 5. Hot runner mold 6. 4% color mix to resin. (We currently have about 600 lbs of color concentrate of various colors or enough to do about 20,000+ trays.) 7. The handle straps are made with a different mold which produces two straps at a time. We have almost 13,000 in inventory. We have a separate mold for the handles. That mold produces two straps at a time. Currently we have enough in stock to last possibly 6 to 9 months and can deal with that at a later date. 8. The straps are attached by two titanium screws with washers. We have 1000 screws and 6300 washers. 9. Our current manufacturer attaches the handle straps, puts the trays in plastic bags and then boxes them 12 to a case. If you could get me a quote as soon as possible, it would be appreciated. We usually have production runs of about 500+ trays at a time. We would need to know about storing our mold while it is not in use and the cost for that. Time is critical for us. We have to relocate this month and our molds and supplies are in Richland WA.
