Inquiry (采购产品): Vetrified diamond wheel I need a wheel to grind a cutting tool which is solid carbide and has PCD tipped cutting edges. The cutting edges have a carbide insert layered with a PCD top, brazed onto the tool. The tools range anywhere from 10 to 40 mm in diameter and have two to six flutes. I need a type 11V9 wheel 3-3/4" to 5" in diameter. with 1-1/4" arbor bore. I am not sure about the grit. On average I will need to remove .010" to .030" of material and sometimes face grind the cutting edges. I will be using coolant, but this is a manual grinding operation, so I will need to use mist coolant in stead of flood. Could you please make a recommendation for me?
