Our project group searching for suitable materials for moulding and potting dielectric materials. Materials CTE value should be as close as possible the CTE value of silicon and viscosity suitable for moulding and/or potting. Epoxy or polyimidies are not only possible type of materials, so if you have any other materials from other possible group, you can offer those ones too. We will use these materials into the chip technology and expected thickness of materials, some where around 0.2 to 1.8 mm. Could you also mention the details that I attached to the e-mail.
