Smart Charger Part #310-2040 Inquiry (采购产品): Smart Charger Part #310-2040 I purchased a Smart Charger (Part #310-2040) item 2 years ago, and it came with a hunting light - 17 volt. I used this charger one hunting season (consisted of about 2 months), and never used it the 2nd year. After the 2nd year, I periodically charged it, as was told from the dealer to do. This year, I decided to charge the battery, and the charger would not work. I contacted the person that sold me the light, and he said to contact you, Adcon Electronics. The gentlemen that sold me the light said that he's been having a lot of trouble with these. I have had one other charger for Koehler Wheatlites, and it has lasted 30 years, with no trouble. I believe this charger was defective, and should have lasted longer than it has. I believe this charger should be replaced. Please contact me by email in regards to this issue, with what you believe would consitute for a replacement or refund. In all honesty, I would not be contacting you if I did not believe this charger was defective. Thank you for your support in this matter.
