Inquiry (采购产品): pressure forming I don't believe vacuum forming wil do the trick--already contacted a company. Pressure forming hopefully will as I can't afford injection molding. Need piece of plastic (although I think nylon would be better) about 3" x 5" with a hook formed in piece with several holes throughout piece. The holes in the piece provide for pins to attach the unit to a fabric wall and the formed hook allows a picture to hang. What I'm trying to do is hang a 10 lb. picture on fabric stretched over an insulation panel (think of an office cubicle). A pushpin could easily hold a piece of paper for instance. But for heavier objects (ie picture) it would fall. This piece distributes the weight over the panel because it is being attached to the fabric wall with 5,6, 10...whatever pins. Now a heavier object can hang on the piece with the piece securly attached to the wall because of the number of pins. I actually have a sample of this from another fabric wall company but have no idea where they bought it from. Thus, I just want to make my own.
