Inquiry (采购产品): Monel w/ stainless? We are rehabilitating a 1951 library at the SUNY College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, at Cornell University, NY. It has a series of molding pieces that are made of Monel, and were fastened with steel screws, which are badly oxidized or gone. We've not yet recieved the test report on the specific type of Monel. Is stainless steel compatible enough as a replacement fastener, or do you think we need to use Monel screws?
