Inquiry (采购产品): friction material for my 1-way clutch invention I use a 1-way clutch in my engine invention patent no. 7,128,042 which is described on my website: www.abetterengine.com. It is an obvious embodiment of my 1-way clutch patent no. 6,571,925. Fig 4 in the website shows the part of the clutch that transmits torque from the cycling outer race 5 to the unidirectional rotating inner race 4 (hub 4). Friction material is needed on the contact surfaces between the outer race 5 and the contact element 29 which is carried by race 4. Do you have a friction material with a long life that can be bonded to the two surfaces? If so, can you give me an estimate of the shear force (lbf) and the applied pressure (psi)? How high a temperature can it withstand without degradation? I have a better drawing than the FIG 4 that I can email as an attachment if you want it.
