We are currently working on an upcoming project that will produce Caustic soda solutions( starting from solid caustic soda pellets) and distribution to the Refinery users by a distribution system. Part of the process will requires a Automated Bag Dumper Equipment (BDE) with debagging capacity of 45 bags/hr.. The solid caustic soda in palletized plastic 25 kgs/bags are moved in pallets from storage area to the conveyor area by forklift. Through the conveyor, the bags are sent to the BDE and the contents goes to a dissolving tank. Do you have an equipment that is capable of doing this type of application?
