Inquiry (采购产品): Flow Meter Sourcing I have an urgent need for a new a flow meter for a water delivery system. We currently use a paddle wheel/impeller technology that is not adequate for our application. Below are the specifications I need to meet. -Operating Temperature: +10 to +150 Deg F -Storage/Ambient Temperature: - 40 to +150 Deg F -Product/medium: Water with sand and dirt particles up to 841 microns, 0.033", in size (20 mesh strainer) -Product Pressure 100 PSI max, 50PSI typ -Environmental: NEMA 4, IP 67 -Environmental: Exposed to water and chemical wash down. (15% Hydrochloric acid, OR, 15-40% Phosphoric acid) -Environmental: Mounted on a cement truck, therefore must be resilient to vibration -Output: Pulsed output at a frequency relative to flow rate -Accuracy greater than 5% -Repeatability 97-100% -Flow: 25gpm -3/4" diameter NPT inlet and outlet (can be flexible with this spec) -Please reply as soon as possible as I am looking to fill existing orders with the meter selected.
