Right now we need of a quotation of the Liquid nitrogen Plant for one of our prospective client on C&F Karachi basis. Payment shall be made through letter of credit to be established by our client on finalization of the deal with you. You shall keep a suitable margin for us as agency commission. The rate of agency commission shall be fixed with mutual underrating between you and us but normally it is in the range 5~10 % of total order value. SPECIFICATIONS OF LIQUID NITROGEN PLANT Out put production of liquid nitrogen is 20 liters / hour under standard conditions at (- 0196C) Purity of nitrogen is 99.5% , Oxygen content < 1% Liquid nitrogen storage capacity 1000 liters and must include level indicator and sensor for automatic stop of plant when tank is full and automatic start of plant when tank is depleted below the level of approximately 70%. Maintenance interval (apart from and oil and filter changes) 6000 operating hours. Cooling water consumption: Not applicable. Floor print ( Ecl. Chiller) 13.6M2 ( Maximum) Noise level 72dBA (Maximum) Voltage 380/400 Volts, Frequency 50Hz 3 Phase. Spare part for approximate 02 years operations ( 12,000 hour) Prices should be inclusive of charges of installation of equipment at and instructions of operators at site. The plant must be fully automatic and should reach full production within 15 minutes after a stop of any duration. Plant shall not need purging or defrosting procedures. Plant shall have two coolers for redundancy purpose. Cooler must be able to work independently. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.. You shall have to submit a performance bank guarantee of 10% contract value which should be valid for one year after installation after the order is placed on you. You shall have to arrange 15 days training of two persons at your manufacturing facilities including traveling, boarding, lodging and other expenses.
