Inquiry (采购产品): Looking for PCB board design and fabrication Dear Sir/madam, We have several chips coming next couple of months. We are looking for a PCB board design company in order to design test board for our chips. The test chips come as a tile that should be diced. Also depends on the project, the test chip should be connected to the test board using wire bounding or fillip chip. The circuits operate at 1GHz to 10GHz frequency range. The number of boards required is two or three for each test chip. Can you please let me know if you can design high frequency test board (1GHz to 10GHz).
