CNOOC KINGLAND owns a world advanced ERW (or HFW) production line, which can supply line pipe, casing pipe , square pipe and rectangular pipe, in strict conformity with API standard, ASTM standard respectively，size ranging from Φ219mm (8 5/8”)-Φ610mm (24”) for line pipe，Φ219mm (8 5/8”)-Φ508mm (20”) for casing, 500×500mm maximum in square, 400×600 maximum in rectangular, wall thickness up to 20mm, the steel grade up to X70. The total investment of ERW630 Project is about 500 million yuan RMB.
