Inquiry (采购产品): adhesive application I work in adhesive research for the wood products industry. I am currently researching adhesive dispensing equipment that would allow me to do controlled application of adhesives on to wood strands. I am looking for equipment that would be able to do some or all of the below. 1. control the amount of adhesive very accurately. I would like to control the droplet size of the adhesive. 2. be able to vary the droplet size of the adhesive over a range of 10 to 90 or more microns. 3. program a distribution pattern over a 20mm by 5 mm area. The adhesives that I use may vary. For the most part they are one component, either Phenol formaldehyde (PF) or Polymeric methyl diphenol disocyanate (pMDI). In the future I may want to test a two component type of adhesive, however, If I could only use a one component adhesive I would still be very interested. The viscosity of the adhesive would vary but for the majority of my work it would be around 200 cps.
