micropowders Inquiry (采购产品): micropowders Dear Sirs! We are a little company from Saint-Petersburg, Russia.Our business includes 2 different kinds , such as : - produsing a fine powders of hard materials with self-design mill.As a raw materials we use a standard powders with a size of particles 120-150 microns. After using our mill, sizes a coming to D50~0,55my;D50~1.2my;D50~3.2my (also available some other specifications) with a Specific Surfase area - up to 30 000 cm2/g. and may slowly varies to meet the customers needs, different fractions separated by air classification ,wich provides a high level of phisical activation. The materials, we works with at this time are Silicone Carbide (green and black), prodused mostly at ”Volzhsky abrasive plant” www.abrasive.vlz.ru., and different sorts of Alumina, from “Boxitogorsk alumina”, www.alumina.ru Both producers doesn`t have an equipment to make such powders ,we do. Small amounts of such size of a powders they make by water clasification, wich means a diferent kind of a product. Our total output of powders is 8-15 MT/month, depending of materials, and incoming grade. - second is chemical washing the abowe materials to reach the purity up to 99,95%. There is a system where we can wash the powders with a particles sizes from 300 to 3-5 microns.Materials can be washed before or after mill. By using this method we can get rid mostly of ferrum, as, probably, a worst material for advanced ceramics. Washing capasity is aboutr 12-20 MT/month. This is, hope, enough information to start with.And I want to say that our company is very intrested in a contacts with a distributors to provide our products and services, because at this time we don`t have as much customers for full rangel of our materials, all grades, and sometimes we have a possibilities to produce more,than we really do.
