mixing solution sought Inquiry (采购产品): mixing solution sought Dear _______, We are preparing to scale-up production on a specialty agent named 1310PEX at our plant in Rock Hill SC. This new material differs from other products in our plant in that it is colored with a powerful black dye. We do not wish to contaminate or dedicate an existing vessel with this black dye, which brings us to you for a solution. We need metering of 39:1 primary:secondary with high precision, estimated ±0.5% accuracy. Neither the primary nor secondary materials may be subjected to high levels of shear in metering or pumping. The primary material 1310PEX has properties of pH 3-6, viscosity of 1000-2000 centipoise, specific gravity of 1.2 g/cm3, is not corrosive or flammable, but contains dispersed solids at loadings from 20-35%. The secondary material has pH of 7.5, viscosity of 1-10 cps, specific gravity of 1.12 g/cm3, is not corrosive or flammable, but extremely strong dye. I need a “black box” that has two streams going in of 1310PEX and dye respectively, and one stream of final product going out to dispense to totes and drums at 25-35 GPM. I envision several possible methods of metering and mixing on-the-fly, controlling by weight, volume, etc, but would like for you to provide your own best solution or proposal to deliver one.
