I would still like you to quote for the cutting and folding of the flat piece. And, if you provide assembly and fulfillment. I have a quark mockup which I can send to you via email. (I have a meeting until 2:30 today). Quantities: 2500, 3000 and 5000 1 folder and 12 insert cards Folder Trim: 8 3/4" x 11 1/4" finished size, 25" x 27" flat plus bleed Folds with a 5/16" box bottom along the 11 1/4" edge, rounded sides, and the top flap has about 5/16" box fold along the 11 1/4" edge. The front and back are about the same size. There is a flap that folds out fom the back of the folder, (and when flat the center is at the side of the top flap.) The top flap has a semi-rounded die cut. If you have the 11 1/4" edge vertical, the flap die cut is from the top box edge to about 5" depth, and flaps over about 4 1/4" with a velcro tab closure. So, the insert cards are almost completely protected. Insert Cards Trim: 8 1/2" x 11" Folder Stock: 12 pt 2-sided Euroart Silk Insert Cards Stock: 12 pt 2-sided Euroart Silk Velcro flap closure (we want to save money, so go with the smallest size for putting on automatically. Is that 3/4" x 3/4"?)
