Inquiry (采购产品): BAg 18 ( Fusion No. 1115 ) Dear sirs, Greeting. Problem in brazing SUS304 and Titanium thin plate together using BAg18 brazing paste alloy. Brazing condition setting as following; Temperature 750 degree C for 30 minutes; 10 -3 torr Temperature 830 degree C for 30 minutes; 10 -3 torr Cooling 20 minutes N2 force cooling 20 minutes Problem : 1/ Brazing strength very weak ( able to push a part by finger ) 2/ Brazing process seems not completely take place. Is there any problem with my condition setting ? Do you have any suggestion on the condition setting. If my condition setting is correct, I would like to proceed another trial but ensure my work part is completely clean and free from burr. Your advise ?
