Nowadays we are interested in titanium pipes (hollow sleeves) in the next dimensions: INTERNAL DIAMETER 107mm (or 4,2") EXTERNAL DIAMETER 130mm (or 5,2") LENGTH 226mm (or 8,9") The quantity that we need is around 3500 parts in the next 7 years, and the quantity that we will need per month will be of 50 parts per month. Is very possible that the quantities will be increase in the future. In the attach draw you can see that the material must be i.a.w. MIL-T-9047 condition A Ti6Al4V finish 1 and the material must be tested i.a.w. AMS2631 and AMS2643. This inspection can be done per sampling system. About the form of obtain the material can be per forging of the material; the internal diameter can be done extracting the scrap in the forging or can be done in our facilities with our machines. Is very important to received the quotation ASAP, because we need to homologate an supplier ASAP.
