The specifications are as follows: Grade 200 Nickel, seamless round tubing (cold finished, plain end, square cut) produced to ASTM B161. Outside diameter: 6.625” (+/- 0.025’); wall thickness: 0.280” (+/- 12.5%); lengths: 17’ – 24’. The chemistry should be: Ni + Co = 99% min Cu = .25 max Fe = .40 max C = .15 max Si = .35 max Mn max = 0.35 Physical properties: 55,000 PSI minimum UTS – 12,000 PSI minimum YS The required quantity is 1300 feet and each length must be marked with the heat number.
