Friction Reduction Patented Process Inquiry (采购产品): Friction Reduction Patented Process Dear Senior Aerospace Metal Bellows, I am contacting you to determine the proper person to contact at your company concerning a "Newly Patented Process" that reduces fricton and adds wear ability to items such as shafts, bushings, swash plates etc. This is a machining process, not an additive and the results we are realizing are next to phenomenal. As an example in seizure tests-slide tests, grinding will slide approx 300 meters to seizure, std. lapping approx. 1,000 meters and with our Combined Micro Relief Lapping(CMR)approx. 11,000 meters. Almost 10 times more than std. lapping. We also attain very significant wear ability increases with this same process. So if at all possible, please pass this information to the proper person and hopefully we can further communicate to better explain and decribe this machining process.
