Inquiry (采购产品): Solid Removal Filtration System Good morning, my name is Pamela Jackson. I am a Process Engineer with ECI. I am interested in information on available technologies for removing solids from a backflush stream. Currently, wastewater is treated and after treatment passed onto a set of carbon canisters to ensure all hydrocarbons have been absorbed. Every twelve hours the canisters are washed down with clarified water. This washdown stream contains liquid along with solid particles which continue through the process until the stream reaches a storage tank. At this point, the new filtration system should be able to catch any particles larger than 5 microns and allow the liquid to pass through to the storage tank. The liquid stream, after filtration , does not have to obtain 99% purity . A 75% purity is acceptable. The main objective is to separate the solids from the liquid. Enclosed is a brief sketch of the current process with some brief process data. Any information you have available would be appreciated. Pamela D. Jackson Process Engineer E.C.I.
