Boarding Ladder Inquiry (采购产品): Boarding Ladder SPECIFICATIONS A. General Specification:- 1. Purposes: The boarding ladder is required to be installed for transportation of Personnel & tools, between oil tanker ship in many levels and berth & vice versa in safety manner. 2. Design, construction & installations to be done by the supplier. 3. Condition at site:- (a) Ambient temperature up to 50oc. (b) Relative humidity up to 90%. (c) Open area, wind speed 28.5 m/s. 4. Guarantee:- (a) 12 months guarantee for installation & operation starting from date of handling over. (b) Any defect arising during this period due to bad design, installation error or operation defects to be repair by the supplier free of charge. 5. Technical documentation: Three copies of the following manuals (in English language) to be provided: (a) Maintenance manuals. (b) Operation manuals. 6. Supplier to arrange training for our staff at site in operation & maintenance. B. Particular specifications: 1. Total weight of boarding ladder to be specified. 2. All parts of the ladder to be spark proof. 3. Tower: (a) To be made by coated steel to withstand the environmental condition mentioned before : (b) Dimensions : (i) Overall height from platform not less than 15850 mm. (ii) Squired base about 3000 x 3000 mm. (iii) Seaside to the edge of platform about 2300 mm. (c) Composed of at least four floors with safety working platform in each floor. (d) Anti slip stairs to connect these floors. 4. Ladder carriage: (a) Secured sliding up & down through seaside tower to cover all working platform floor. (b) Consist of rotating platform for swing the ladder left & right. 5. Ladder : Consist of three sections 800 mm width with hand rail, connecting to each other by pivoted pin. (a) Main Ladder : (i) Length about 4690 mm. (ii) Pitching angle (down/up) (-30o/+45o) (b) Intermediate Ladder : (i) Length about 2680 mm. (ii) Pitching angle (down/up) (-60o/+45o) (c) Triangle Ladder : (i) Length about 1860 mm. (ii) Height about 1600 mm. (iii) With wheels at the base (d) Slide of ladder carriage, rotating platform & motion of the ladder sections up & down to cover the expected deck of oil tanker from 15m up to dock & 3.2m down to dock. (e) With parking position in case of unused. 6. Control : (a) All motions of ladder to be done hydraulically from: (i) Working platform. (ii) Simple control room. (iii) Manually in case of emergency. (b) Power supply the hydraulic system, 3 phase,380/415 V, 50 Hz. 7. Spare parts and special tools: (a) A list of recommended spare parts for the ladder to be provided. (b) To be sufficient for two years of operation. (c) Each item to be priced separately. (d) All special tools to be mentioned and priced. C. Appendix : 1. Supplier submits a brief summary of similar project done in last few years. 2. Manufacture company profile to be specified.
