Inquiry (采购产品): Custom Blow Mold My name is Josh Dick and I am the owner of a specialty chemicals manufacturing business based in Yonkers, NY. We have been growing quickly over the past 5 years and realize that our blow molded bottles are devastating us in terms of cost. While I understand the resin increases that affect suppliers, I feel as though we are held ransom to those that own the molds. I'm sitting here looking on the internet for a way to control my own destiny and realizing that it may be time for us to buy our own molds and manage this part of the supply chain directly... The key bottles we use are a 24 oz, 45g, white HDPE cylinder with a 63/485 neck and a 12.5 oz, 35g, clear PVC cylinder with a 24/410 neck and a straight shoulder. We use about 200,000 -250,000 of each per year. Usage of both items is growing at 15% to 20% per year. Is this something you might be able to help us with?
