Dusatko Pool Liner Inquiry (采购产品): Dusatko Pool Liner Hi- I have called 4 times now, with NO response, so I am trying an email. I bought a Latham Plastics pool liner (serial # 05049044973)from Olympic Pools and Spas, 17520 Wright Street, Omaha, NE this spring. The liner developed wrinkles on the bottom after only 45 days. In a letter dated Sept. 1, 2005, Matt Senich wrote to James at Olympic Pools and said that either the PH was out during the year, which it was not, as I check the pool every week, and in 30 years of owning pools, this was possibly the best year in water stability that I have had. So, PH is not or should not be an issue. AT the bottom of the letter, "I will extend the offer to replace the liner under the warranty program for a pro rated price." What is the rate? This was installed the 1st part of June (operational) and has been an issue since late July.
