Quote Request Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request Good afternoon, We are interested in having a small square pouch produced for our techni-ice product. The hot or cold product which we will cover is approximately 2.5" square and very lightweight. It comes to us in sheets of 24 cells, which would need to be cut. Once activated, the pouch may need to expand to as much as 1/2" at the most. The material for the pouch that we seek would most likely need to be resistant to any product sweat, but as long as the printing on the pouch would not run, that probably isn't a huge issue. The pouch would need to be able to tolerate freezing and the heat of a microwave. The count is yet to be determined as there will most likely be more than one version. However, we have one customer already who is most likely looking at 5,000 minimum. I realize that is not a huge volume in copacking terms, but it's a start. The pounch may have a sealed end if our product is inserted on line, or it may have an open and close seal if needed. Fugutive glue would even be okay if that would work best. We are open to suggestions. I would be interested in hearing pricing for total turn-key as well as a hybrid solution. We are not opposed to cutting or stuffing the pouches ourselves if we have to or perhaps finding a disabled americans chapter or something along those lines to do it. We are a small company, but we like to support those types of organizations. We are located in Port Charlotte, so it would be possible for me to travel to your facility to meet if needed.
