Inquiry (采购产品): Small Gear Coating We are a manufacturer of precision racing gears for the hobby industry. The gears are made from 416t and 416h stainless steel. We are now using a process of nickel plating the bore of these gears, plugging them and coating the exterior with a product from California called "Microseal" These gears are soldered on to their motor application.We need to locate a local coating company that can process these parts for us. The problem with the exterior coating is that it cannot be applied at a temperature that is higher than the interior nickel plate melting point. The precision of the gear profile must also be maintained. We are at this time producing these parts in low volume batches of 1000 pieces per order.
