Inquiry (采购产品): pressure cooker gage do you know who can check my pressure cooker gage. I am told it is important to have it checked yearly, but have only found one place that does it. The problem I have is.... they checked the original gage and found it to be 3 lbs light, so I replaced it. Then I was told that it is a good idea to have that checked for accuracy, so I returned to Mt Vernon (Ace Hardware) and they checked the new one and said it was 3 lbs. light. Then we had them check one on the shelf, still in the box and it checked....you guessed it, 3 lbs light. Now I am suspicious of their equipment. Any suggestions.
