You assured me you would have the shipper pick up the copper rod that I ordered in April and received the end of the order in August, long after I had finished the job. I called Farmer's Copper almost everyday for days trying to find out when the copper strike would be over. I found the rod at a company in Florida and called you to tell you I would no longer need the backorder from you. I shall call the card company tomorrow and file charges. I would really have appreciated it if you would have taken care of this matter as you said you would.
