Management has a few more questions regarding your production output capabilites. 1) What kind of product have you dip brazed that is similar to ours and what were the maximum quantities produced? 2) How long a run was this sustained for: days/ months/ weeks? 3) Timestudy: How much time per unit (TPU) can you figure, to produce an oil tank complete with hoses attached & ready to ship? 4) What is the maximum quantity of oil tanks you could produce in an 8 hr day ? 5) How much lead time do you require to produce sustain a consumption rate of 300 units per day for 30 days? for 6 months? 6) What are your contingency plans if contracts greater than 800/yr for Model Year 06' now goes to 3000/yr for Model Year 07' against your present system?
