Inquiry (采购产品): Enquiry I am an independant Product Designer, currently involved in a medium-production luminescent project. As i am new to dual-shot injection mouldings, i may need some extra direction with my requirements: One of the main components of the product is the casing, which must be dual-shot: firstly with the structural transparent ABS, 'semi-complicated' moulding (with no need for side-cores), and secondly with a tactile semi-flexible, silicon-based outer 'shell'. Approximate dimensions are 110mm diameter. What materials can you supply to acheive such requirements? The product will be kept in a domestic setting and so will not require any special mechanical properties. What are the costs of tooling for such an item, and for other single-shot mouldings?
