Inquiry (采购产品): Flexible Urethane Foam I am trying to locate a replacement flexible urethane foam. We have a small on-site polymer production facility and currently manufacture a flexible urethane foam for our own use. We will soon be in the process of building a new facility and one of our goals is to eliminate all TDI based foams. The following is the composition of one of the flexible urethane foams we are looking to replace: A-Component (26.3 pbw) 80 pbw MRS-10 (polymeric MDI) 20 pbw TDI B-Component (73.7 pbw) 77.3 pbw Arch Chemical Poly G 85-29 22.7 pbw BASF Pluracol 1103 or 2115 1.44 pbw distilled water 5.0 pbw Quadrol 0.25 pbw DC-1 This is a 7 lb/cu.ft. free rise high load bearing foam. Do you have anything similar? We would need this in a pourable kit form.
