Inquiry (采购产品): C8J Quote I'd like to get quoted on the machining of a part. I have a schematic i'd like to send you. Please contact me and let me know to whom i can email the schematic. The piece is to act as a ring bind on a portfolio for our company. It's basically a pipe about 7" tall with an outside diameter of 1". Three notches are cut out, the ends are threaded, the pipe is then cut in half the long way and then little caps are made to screw on to each end and hold the the two pieces together again. I have prepared a schematic which i would like to send to you via email. The piece will hold approximately 30 sheets plus front and back cover, totaling for a thickness of no more than 0.5”. The accuracy does not need to be extremely precise. The biggest factor for us in producing this piece is cost. The inside diameter can vary somewhere around 0.25”. I don’t know what the minimum thickness needed to thread the pipe is, but if money can be saved by adjusting the design to a more standard pipe thickness, then we’re open to that.
