Inquiry (采购产品): Some Questions on Tubing... Hi! I represent a small metal stamping and fabrication company in Thomasville, N.C. that has recently fallen across the opportunity to acquire a roll-former and tooling to produce a 'teardrop' shaped tube. We have a sample off the tooling that is aluminum and appears to be seamless. Our main intention is to produce a different shaped steel tubing for furniture. However, we would also like to explore the possibility of producing what might be a more lucrative product. Unfortunately, we do not have a working knowledge of this industry and it's requirements in order to enter into it and provide the desired product at a competitive price. It is our thought that this particular tubing would also be sought after for various other applications such as racing, motorcycles, bicycles, and other items that would require either aircraft, or near aircraft quality. Since your company is also in the area, I was wondering at the possibility of perhaps coming over for a visit and taking a look at some of the different tubings in an effort to learn more about this industry. Since you are a distributor of these materials, I don't think there will be a conflict of interest in our meeting and it might turn-out that we could supply certain items at a competitive price as it looks like most of the producers of these materials are located up north and their pricing would also reflect shipping costs...
