The quality of the blanket is amazing and I am guessing that it is a very warm blanket. It is going to be 90 in Lincoln, NE. today so I am not even tempted to use it at this moment. Unfortunately, NE. does not have it in it's state plan to be able to purchase or pay for items that are not directly heating or cooling related. The purchase of these blankets would not be covered at this time. Do you want the blanket returned to the address that appears on the box that it was mailed in?
