A. situated in Silesian area in Poland, one of the biggest producers of conveyor belts in Europe with over 60 years of experience. In the 80’s years we moved all production to the new plant in Bytom. Our production capacity is about 2000 km of conveyor belts per year. Our production capacity of rubber compounds is about 60 tonnes per day. The plant is equipped with the new, modern production facilities (made of Farrel, Pfister, Zell, Siempelkamp) for manufacturing of rubber and PVC, textile belts and compounds. We posses the laboratory which is used for working out on new recipes as well as for in-put and out-put quality control. We have the full offer for delivery of conveyor belts for mining industry, power industry, cement works, steel works, mineral industry and other. We have been providing the underground coal mines with conveyor belts for 60 years. The whole assortment of belts manufactured by our company is: 1. FIRE RESISTANT PVC CONVEYOR BELTS ( PVC ). 2. FIRE RESISTANT RUBBER BELTS ( GTAs ). 3. FIRE RESISTANT RUBBER BELTS ( PVG ). 4. RUBBER CONVEYOR BELTS FOR GENERALE USE. 5. RESISTANT FOR HEIGHTENED TEMPERATURES RUBBER CONVEYOR BELTS. 6. PVC CONVEYOR BELTS FOR GENERALE USE. 7. OIL RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELTS. 8. FLAME RESISTANT RUBBER ANTISTATIC CONVEYOR BELTS ( TAs ). All products we offer meet high requirements of quality, safety standards local approvals or special needs of clients. Meeting customers expectations we have implemented the Quality System according to ISO 9001 standard. Apart from it we have also established the Environmental Management System that fulfils ISO 14001 standard. Our customers have at their disposal computer-aided selecting belts system which enables to offer belts adjusted precisely to customer needs. Our staff is always ready to assist the customers in the range of technical advices respecting fitting the belts, optimalization of exploitation and making joints.
