Inquiry (采购产品): HotMux Data Logger Software My name is George Stueber with Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems. We are an A2LA accreditted Metrology Lab. One of my customer sent in a HotMux DataLogger for Certified Calibration with the software. The software would not load on my desktop computer which is running Windows 2000NT. Software said there were problems with some files that it would correct, but did not. Tried loading your software on a laptop running Windows 98 that I have used for other makes of dataloggers for other customers. It proceded to load and then wiped out some operating files(MSVCRT.DLL:RTLGETNt/VersionNumbers) so now the laptop only comes up with fatal error, reload Windows. Is my customer's CD damaged or ?.
