We have a most modern plant with Japanese technology and Japanese machinery installed at Dharuhera,Haryana, Distt. Rewari few kilometers away from New Delhi. TUBES FOR HEATING ELEMENTS : We are manufacturing Stainless Steel Welded Tubes in AISI 304,304-L,316,316-L and 321 Qualities.At present we can supply Stainless Steel Tubes having O.D. in the range of 0.3mm to 31.75mm with wall thickness upto 1.65mm. However, it is possible for us to supply wall thickness as thin as 0.10mm. Some of the sizes of tubes regularly manufactured by us in S.S 304, S.S 316 & S.S.321 for heating elements are as follows :- i) 7.94mm (5/16") O.D x 25 G (0.50mm W.T). ii) 9.0mm O.D x 25 (0.50mm W.T). iii) 9.52mm O.D (3/8") x 23G (0.63mm W.T). iv) 12.7mm O.D (1/2") x 22 G (0.71mm W.T)... v) 14.28 (9/16") x 22G (0.71mm W.T). vi) 15.80mm (5/8") x 22G (0.71mm W.T).
