Inquiry (采购产品): Low Temperature Chiller We have a requirement for a low-temperature chiller to control the temperature of the air stream inside a Wind Tunnel. The Wind Tunnel contains a heat-exchanger and we wish to circulate some sort of refrigerant fluid through the heat exchanger. The wind tunnel can operate up to 90 m/s (201 miles / hr) producing some 160000 Btu/hr. Our primary requirement however is limited to 50 m/s (112 miles / hr) and the corresponding heat load is 27000 BTU/hr. At this air speed we wish to control the temperature in the air stream and attain -40 degree F. It is accepted that at the maximum air velocity of 201 miles / hr when the heat load is 160000 BTU /hr, the chiller will not be able to attain -40 degree F, however it must be sufficiently powerful to remove the heat albeit at some higher temperature. The wind tunnel is situated inside a laboratory which may have sufficient floor to accommodate the chiller on the proviso that the heat load is somehow dissipated outdoors. We wish to keep noise to a minimum (indoors and outdoors). The temperature should be programmable via some form of serial interface. Could you please advice on a possible solution? What would be the budgetary cost / delivery time?
