Inquiry (采购产品): index drive (I have two PDF drawings I wish to send for this inquiry) I need a rotary index table for a machine we are proposing to build. I do not care if the index box uses cams to provide a smooth motion or a servo motor is used with feedback to produce the same results. I have attached two drawings. The first shows the machine concept. All we are doing is indexing the covers for 5 gal pails (or grease drums) underneath a station which dispenses a gasket material in to the top of the cover. There is no weight load other than the dial plate and the lids. The input for this machine is 1200 lids per hour which requires a 3 second cycle time of part to part. I would like to index in 1 second or less to give me 2 seconds for dispensing the gasket material. The second drawing attached is for calculating the size of indexer required for the dial plate shown. The full plate on the right is best for calculation purposes with a safety factor built in. We can always reduce weight of this plate by using the plate on the left. Let me know if you need any other information. This is for quotation purposes only. I just need a model number and a conservative budget price which I will use in my overall estimate for the cost of this machine. Later we can finalize actual complete model number and pricing.
