Inquiry (采购产品): Gear Options Hello, I am interested in sizing two gears. These are the Specs: --the first gear needs to be an internal or ring gear with a nominal diameter of 12". --the second gear needs to be a spur gear with a nominal diameter of 2". -- Gear ratio needs to be 6. -- Max torque on the ring gear is 13 ft-lb, therefore max torque on the spur gear is 2.5 ft-lb. --The ring gear will be operating @ 27.8 RPM, therefore the spur gear will be @ 167 RPM. What are the appropriate gears for this and what material do you recommend? Also, could I get a price quote? Our application is small-scale and we will probably be purchasing no more than 5 gear sets.
