Inquiry (采购产品): equipment available We have recently received a General Engineering Vacuum Roll Coating metallizer system. The machine has been carefully dismantled and palletized according to engineered drawings. Each pallet is labeled and wrapped in an anti corrosion over wrap. A full set of drawings is included. Here are a few specs for the roll coating metallizer: Web width: max. 55” Min. 17” 24” maximum reel diameter Core diameter 6” OD Max tension 82.5# Min tension 4.25# Speed range 5 feet per minute to 600 feet per minute 460v 3ph 60Hz 6 modes of operation, including multiple options of single and double sided coating. There are 12 hearths, each with a single crucible. The unit was used with a mixture of getter materials used in these crucibles, including silver, aluminum, and nickel. The crucibles are stamped with the materials used. There is a plasma cleaning system. There are a total of four Varian NHS-35 pumps, four Kinney KT-500D Pumps, four RUVAC Wau2001 pumps, Roots blowers, and much more.
