I am Certified Lean/Sigma Trainer. I have been Mentored by Anand Sharma author of the “Perfect Engine” and founder of TBM consulting. I have also been trained by Simpler Consulting. I have hosted over 120 Highly Successful Kaizen Events I have over 18 years of solid experience in a Lean Manufacturing Leadership role. I have trained thousands in the tools of Lean Manufacturing, Problem solving, Apollo Root cause analysis, FMEA’s, 5’s, 8D, Keptnor and Tregore analysis, Hosting Kaizen Events and Implementation of SPC Programs. I was an Independent Lean Consultant for 5 years. I worked for Companies like Ford, 3M, Briggs and Stratton, Whirlpool, Aladdin Industries, to small facilities with about 10 employees, I was a Corporate Lean Implementation Manager for 3 years for VICWEST and trained and implemented Lean at 14 facilities, 7 in the US and 7 in Canada. I was an Operations Manager/ Lean Engineer for 3 years in the Aerospace Industry where I was instrumental in the initial set up of the Arrow Missile Defense Program ATK Iuka division. I also worked on several Delta IV Launch vehicles. Prior to that I spent 12 years as a Quality Technician to Qualtiy Manager at Hoffman Enclosures where I was instrumental in the successful implementation of an ISO 9001 campaign. I was trained as an internal ISO auditor. I was the Quality Manager of 25 Quality technicians and started Hoffman on their Lean Journey. I am currently the Lean Engineer at Reitter and Schefenacker in Selmer, Tennessee. .
