Pulveriser for Insoluble Sulfur Inquiry (采购产品): Pulveriser for Insoluble Sulfur Sir, We introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturer of specialty rubber chemical in India. We are aproved supplier to top tire manufacturers across the world. We have two manufacturing unit located at Dharuhera, Haryana (India). As a part of our expansion plan we are setting up a Export Oriented Unit in Gujrat, India. For this project we have the following requirement: Option 1 : Input to the Mill : Insoluble Sulfur Cylindrical Noodles (Dia - 1-1.5 mm and length 2-4 mm) Out Put from the mill : Sulfur Powder (mean particle size 10 - 15 micron) / 50 % passing 15 micron and 90% passing 45 micron Grinding Temperature : Maximum 45 deg C. THe mill should have closed loop inert Grinding with chilled air / Heat Exchanger to be provided after the blower & before mill with chilled water to cool the inert air. Grinding Atmosphere : Inert / Nitrogen Grinding Rate : 700 kg / hr No of units : 2 (Two) Option 2 : Input to the Mill : Insoluble Sulfur Cylindrical Noodles (Dia - 1-1.5 mm and length 2-4 mm) Out Put from the mill : Sulfur Powder (mean particle size 10 - 15 micron) / 50 % passing 15 micron and 90% passing 45 micron Grinding Temperature : Maximum 45 deg C. THe mill should have closed loop inert Grinding with chilled air / Heat Exchanger to be provided after the blower & before mill with chilled water to cool the inert air. Grinding Atmosphere : Inert / Nitrogen Grinding Rate : 1400 kg / hr No of units : 1 (one) The unit should be complete with, grinding unit, classifier, blower, Bag filter / filteration system, Heat Exchanger for air cooling, Drives (Flame Proof and Energy Efficient), Nitrogen Analyser, Temperature indicators, Pressure contro system, Safety devices and Contro panel. Provision of Nitrogen GAs and Chilling water will be out of battery unit. However you have to tell us the specification for that (Presure, flow, temp etc.). We would like you to quote for both the options. We may choose the larger unit (Option II : this is our preference) or one smaller unit now and another smaller unit after one year.
