Inquiry (采购产品): Solvent Reuse To whom it may concern: Hello. We represent a company in the Midwest that uses solvent to flush their paint lines. They would like to find a reuse application for their solvent streams. Besides having paint residue from their lines, these streams are still very good solvents and may have a reuse application in one of your processes. The specs. are as follows: “Acetone stream”: (2 locations: 5,000 gallon every 5 weeks and 5,000 gallon every 4 weeks) *material breakdown: Total ketones: 86.84% (Acetone 83.92%) Total Esters: 8.01% (N-Butyl Acetate 6.07%) Total Alcohols 0.33% Total Dilutents 4.82% (xylene 3.17) “Blended solvent stream”: (1 location: 5,000 gallon every 3 weeks) – via a vacuum truck *material breakdown: Total Ketones: 23.22% (Acetone 22.5%) Total Esters: 5.87% (Isobutyl acetate 2.01%) Total Alcohols: 26.68% (Methanol 26.6%) Total Dilutents: 42.47% (Toluene 42.47%) Please feel free to contact me if you think that you may be interested in one (or both) of these solvent streams for reuse (ie.
